Start your day with this fresh green juice made with celery, sugar snap peas, pineapple, and oranges. It’s an excellent source of vitamin c, vitamin a, and fiber. And so easy to prepare.
I recently decided to incorporate more celery into my diet, so I’ve been experimenting with different celery and fruit juice combinations. Did you know that celery can help to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improve kidney function, balance your pH levels, replace lost electrolytes, and prevent constipation? Celery also contains flavonoids that fight cancer cells. It’s definitely a super food in my books. And the perfect ingredient for a fresh green juice.

- 4 celery ribs
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 cup ripe pineapple chunks, peeled and cored
- 2 navel oranges, peeled and quartered
- Process ingredients through a juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour juice into 2 ice-filled glasses, and serve.
